Liked: I like how the rooms are high ceilings & so spacious with a kitchen (kitchenwares included) they have hair dryers, iron/ iron board, convenient store, gym, laundry room & Starbucks in the same parking lot!

Won’t stay here again: waste...

Liked: The hotel was missing several items. Front desk kept falling asleep on the job. We were told the wrong checkout time. Fan didn’t work: WiFi didn’t work. Spent almost $500 and none of the features I paid for were useful or working

Clean, centrally located and affordable.

Liked: As rated the location was central for our needs. It was clean and the staff were all very kind.
Disliked: The only thing I saw a bit of an issue with is all front desk staff were on their phones and we had to get their attention at the front desk

Worst hotel stay

Liked: The morning customer service guy did his job as one should. Very welcoming and engaging
Disliked: You can hear the freeway from your room. Our room had ants. Not terrible but still not pleasant. The shower had hair from previous guest. The night girl had terrible customer service. You can hear everything above you if you are on the 1st floor and it's super expensive considering all these cons. Will not stay here again or at candlewood Suites in general. Our bed also had a divit in the middle and weird smell
