Liked: Such a cute little room, kitchen was great to cook in together. Very clean and super sweet staff
Disliked: Parking could be better

Liked: The people at the front desk was nice the location was good the price was reasonable.
Disliked: The towel that you put on the floor after a shower it was not clean i have a picture. The chair had white stains on it the refrigerator was leaking water inside only one fork and spoon spoon wasn't clean .it was dog poo was on the sidewalk I will not be coming back .

Liked: One of the better rooms in the area for the price. Even though the property had difficulties getting me a clean room, they were very nice and helpful.
Disliked: When I arrived for check in at 2:50 pm, I was told they did not have a room for me (even with a reservation). Apparently none of the house keeping were working and did not clean any of the rooms. So after over an hour and a half of waiting to check in I was finally given a room.

Some parts of the stay...

Liked: 1. The staff was very good.2. Free laundry was great.3. Location excellent.
Disliked: 1. Room was somewhat not clean.2. Freezer was extremely in need of being defrosted, the worst case I have seen..3. The bed needed a new mattress.4. My husband requested a late check out. He was told OK. Upon checking out, he had to pay for an extra day. Extremely unhappy. Contacted the management concerning this, but they NEVER responded, and our issue and money were NEVER addressed. We NEVER got our money back. We are very disappointed, especially in the lack of communication. We were told on multiple occasions that our issue would be taken care of. But NOTHING happened. EVER.

Very comfortable, staff was nice...

Liked: the space and set up.
Disliked: They didn't accept cash and had to pay a $100 deposit and wasn't aware of the deposit upon booking. if we hadn't taken a little extra cash we would of had to stay somewhere else. we did get the deposit back 2-3 hours after checking out though.

Exceptional

Liked: This hotel has become our go to hotel anytime we are staying in the St. Charles area. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are clean and it's hard to find somewhere with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen.
Disliked: That they filled in the pool.
