Liked: I loved the friendly receptionist greetings and excellent customer service. The beds were very comfortable and I loved that the room had a full kitchen (minus an oven) including a stovetop. Everything was very clean and their was lots of room. I would definitely stay again.
Disliked: There was nothing that I disliked about my stay as I spent my time relaxing and catching up on sleep after a long flight.

Liked: Full kitchen in the room, great bathroom and great products in the bathroom, a million trash cans in the room, tv was big and very movable, staff was very friendly, and they had free laundry
Disliked: Walls were thin, had pets. Normally we LOVE pets as dog owners, but because of the thin walls/lack of soundproofing, you could hear dogs barking at all hours of the night, as well as others in other rooms talking, sneezing, and you could smell other people cooking. Not terrible, just definitely something to note

Another great stay at Candlewood...
Liked: Have stayed multiple times at Candlewood Suites. Great location. Rooms are always clean. Staff are very nice and helpful. Will continue to stay at this hotel.
Disliked: Nothing. Had a great stay.

Booking a king suite, told...
Liked: We have stayed at many Candlewood properties before with no issues and chose this because of our recent stays.
Disliked: We specially reserved a king room and upon arrival found we had a queen room - which to say, was very pleasant and clean. We went downstairs to ask the receptionist because our booking clearly said ‘King Suite’. She then said she could see two of our bookings, one for king and one for queen (which confused us) and that the system auto selected our room as a queen (not sure why). She said she tried to change it on the system and it wouldn’t let her and so she assumed there was no other king suites available. I mentioned that we paid for a king suite according to booking.com and she said ‘that’s actually a queen suite’. So either she was not being truthful or booking.com is advertising the wrong rooms at the wrong rates. Also when mentioned there were no other king rooms available this seems hard to believe as the hotel did not seem booked up. We booked the room for personal preference and it made a huge difference to our stay, we did not sleep well. How are we meant to trust our booking with the selections we choose and then we told on arrival ‘that’s not what you booked’. I’m confused and tired, we were travelling from Florida with a stop in Tennessee before travelling another 10hrs to Michigan and so a good nights rest in a room we requested is what we should have been able to have expected.
