Nice people who should be...

Liked: The staff were very kind & helpful.The beds were nice.The kitchenette was a great convenience.
Disliked: The beds were nice, but not the pillows.There was hair in the shower drain.The loction made me uneasy & we paid $50 for a delivered pizza.The absolute worst, though, was a shocking $250 deduction from my checking account for "incidentals." My checking account will be short that amount for up to 7 days?

Liked: Easy check in. Clean room, comfy bed. Loved the kitchenette
Disliked: Walls are thin so could hear what happens in the parking lot. However that won't deter us from coming back. Would love extra blankets

Liked: I wish there was a restaurant on the property--and free breakfast --but the staff were wonderful---Especially Jeta, I forgo the other staff member's name.The room was clean and the parking lot was convenient--We enjoyed a wonderful--stay.Thanks,Wini Latvis

Liked: staff was very friendly, and process of check in and out went flawlesslylocation is perfect and very close to Walmart super center , American dream mall and close to New YorkYou must have a car as the area is considered a construction area, so don't expect a lot of public transportations around.
Disliked: Air conditioner had a very noisy and loud voice, it was doing the job but the machine really looks ages years old.bathroom sink tap sometimes didn't flow hot water and you have to wait for minutes to get hot water flow in the sink.

Liked: Review for Booking.com:The hotel was fairly clean, especially considering its proximity to Manhattan. The free parking was a great perk, allowing us to leave our car safely and commute to New York City every day during our 4-day stay.However, the room’s radiator was incredibly noisy, making it feel like we were staying in a factory. Since it was extremely cold outside, we had no choice but to keep it on, which made it difficult to rest. This is something the hotel staff should definitely look into.Overall, it was a decent stay with some key advantages, but the noise from the heating system needs to be addressed.

Liked: love the full kitchen and the size of the room. the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: the walls were a little thin so we could hear our neighbors and we were behind the elevator which also brought other noises
