Bad customer service

Liked: It was nice to stay with my pet.
Disliked: I left one bag on the shelf. I kept calling and left messages, they never never picked up the phone and never replied to my message.

Loved the hotel, but no...

Liked: I was under the impression the hotel had a breakfast. But staff told me none of their hotels had breakfastVery disappointed
Disliked: our battery died at the hotel and the young man wouldn't do ANYTHING to help. Told us he was incapable to help us

Disliked: Elevator was broken on the second floor. Very inconvenient with luggage.

Liked: It was fairly clean. The air conditioner was fantastic and would super cool the room.
Disliked: The ceiling light did not work and I brought it to their attention. The attendant said they would not have a repair man until the next day and it still wasn’t fixed the next day. I asked for a blow dryer and the attendant said she would call me in 20 minutes and never did. I asked again the next day and the attendant for that day got one for me right away. Kudos to her for being so helpful. We had a handicapped accessible shower which was fine but the shower head had to be held the whole time in order to use it. If you turned it on while it was in the bracket, the pressure would cause the head to spin around and hose down the whole bathroom unless you held onto it by hand.
