Liked: Staff was very friendly, location is great. Hotel itself and rooms are very clean. Room had everything we needed.
Disliked: Currently have 2 pending charges from the hotel on my account and neither are for my quoted price. Hopefully this is taken care of soon.

Great value with clean, comfortable...

Liked: Very clean and comfortable rooms. Great location, safe, quiet, our room looked out at beautifully colored trees. Friendly staff. Close to the lake and all SW Michigan has to offer.
Disliked: Simply wiping down the light switches and door handles would be icing on the cake.

Liked: The room was very clean & comfortable.The bed & the pillows were great. Havingthe kitchen was very convenient consideringwe always eat out & never finish our entrees.Will definitely be back.
Disliked: I prefer the tub to a shower

Very nice

Liked: There was no breakfast at this location.The room was very comfortable & clean.I was really impressed how clean thebathroom was. The staff was very nice& helpful.
Disliked: Our remote on the TV didn't work, onlycomplaint.
