Liked: Personnel preparing breakfast were good.
Disliked: Ruckus in the lobby between two groups after we had gone to bed. Police were dispatched. Phone call and knock on door by hotel personnel after we had gone to be to see if the room was occupied.

Liked: Not much. Clean enough room.
Disliked: Mash up hotel with Holiday Inn and not warned on web site. No handicapped rooms upon requests. Loud conventioneers in Lobby and hall after 2am. Housekeeping kept knocking until we had no choice but to check out. Will NOT Recommend hotel to anyone. In fact, we will tell everyone about your hotels antics.

Liked: The rooms have been renovated and are very nice. The hallways have not been renovated and are pretty dingy but the staff is amazing and so are the rooms. I would definitely stay there again
Disliked: The hallways need updating, but I would guess that is happening shortly

Disliked: Smelly. Loud neighbors next door, loud maids, and Loud convention going on. Over priced room. Mashed up hotel with Holiday Inn?!?! What??? Nothing about mash up was disclosed while making reservations.otherwise would not have reserved room here. Also weird refurbishment. Passive aggressive maid knocked 2 times in 15 minutes for us to leave. Room not ready when we arrived. Room and hall thresholds hard to get wheelchair over. Reserved mobility accessible. Both times told roll in shower, but was not. Both times not given ADA mobility accessible Room. NOT!!! I don't believe that weird mash up hotel has accessible rooms at all. Would tell friends NOT TO GO THERE!!!!!! Thank for nothing weirdos!

Liked: The room was nice and comfy bed
Disliked: Customer service! Got there at 2;30 no rooms ready told to come back at 3. Came back at 3 I paid for queen suite but got a double room the keys didn’t work. One of the associates were on the 5th floor and was nice enough to let us in the room. Had to go back to desk to get our keys corrected, another person had same issue ( given a different room and keys didn’t work). The lady at the front desk was kinda rude and short with us because we came back right at 3 to check in and it was time for her to leave. Her replacement was nice.

Liked: Room was clean and it had a small kitchen.
Disliked: Getting in the main door requires passing a pack of smokers hanging out at all hours and the inside of the property still has smelly hints of inside smoking. Room had a pass-thru door that let through loud TV noise from the next room.
