Disliked: I should have looked at reviews. I wasn’t expecting to stay in a hotel where displaced people live. The hallways were filthy, there was commodity food pantry boxes in the hallways with packages of raw meat (all night), the hallways smelled like weed, the curtains were only sheer, and there was dirt in my shower. I should have stayed at the hotel next door. It appeared more professional. I would not stay again and did not feel totally safe alone. The people were nice but not a fan of this place.

Disliked: Bad service rooms not cleaned I was double charged on the hotels end and when asking for a refund was told to reach out to my bank or booking.com when he physically had my card and charged it twice for 222.14 it was horrific my key card deactivated every 5 min if I left out did not have it next to any electronic device or phone.
