Disliked: Air was not working in room very hot and uncomfortable, was told no other rooms to go too. Just feel like as staff those things should be checked when cleaning the rooms. Front desk talked on the phone on speaker my whole check. A lot of my questions were left unanswered.

Liked: Hotel was as clean as an extended stay could be. My son and I came in for Thanksgiving and stayed 3 nights. We were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helped with all that I requested. I would definitely stay again.
