Liked: I liked nothing about the property. I was traveling in the snow storm came across the room online it was like 11:50 pm when I booked the room and it was a little after 1 when I got to the property. The man declined my stay told me he canceled my reservation. Mind you it’s the middle of a snow storm and the roads are no where near visible. So I offer to pay for another room for my sister and I. I’ve already paid $112 prior to arriving. He then tells me he doesn’t have anything available and even if he did check in isn’t until 3pm … when I say appalled by this man’s actions at 1 am in the middle of a snow storm I really hope this gets to upper management I have NEVER in my life had this happen the fact he wouldn’t let me buy a room nor was he trying to help. This was the worst for me and my sister

Liked: Room smell of smoke. Clerk stated that I needed to bring old towels to front desk instead of bringing them to the room. TV had issues.

Disliked: Room was for 2 people (my sister from Trinidad). One tiny spoon, no bowls. Visited the front desk a coiple of times. Need 2 bowls and 2 spoons. Had to purchase my own paper towel. The dishwasher door fell open. Original I was assigned room 307. When we got into the room, heater was not working, we had to move to room 407. Took a while to relocate. In 407, TV was not working. The very kind receptionist asked if we will like to move, we did not. TV was fixes the next day. Called for the heating unit 2 times. No paper towels. The dishwasher door saw falling. 1 teacup. I used the paper cups. Coffee pot was not working. Just note that I am a traveler. In September I was in Hawaii and LA. I travel around the world. I know about hotels.
