Disliked: The room smelled weird it needs more ventilation

Overall Good Stay

Liked: Even though an older hotel, examples of renovation and updates were everywhere. Liked the location. Staff was great to work with and responsive with any need.
Disliked: Some maintenance issues. Bottom of the in-room bathroom door was coming apart. Took my dog to the lower level parking lot for a walk. Unfortunately some guests walked their dogs there and did not clean up after them. This parking lot should be checked and maintained.

Liked: The location, the staff, comfortable beds, kitchenette.
Disliked: Clogged tub, dirty coffee maker. Way too much noise past 11pm.

Liked: Some of the staff (alas not all) were friendly and helpful
Disliked: Phone and bathroom sink didn't work, toilet didn't flush properly, shower curtain was too short, conditioner dispenser was empty, tap water tastes awful, dying fridge was loud, 'gazebo' entrance I was instructed to use was awash in dog poop.

Pleasant stay but way overpriced.

Liked: Comfort and noise level
Disliked: There was a $75 fee, not deposit, for my dog. Considering he goes in a crate, seemed exorbitant. It was also not listed until I showed up, so it was an unexpected expense on top of my booking. It's an awful lot to charge for one night and no breakfast included.

Superb

Liked: Location, spacious, value
Disliked: We were charged $20 for insadentials (yes, it was refunded) yet the other couple, whom we were traveling with, were not. This gave us concern for possible cyber hacking issues.
