NO BREAKFAST

Liked: The room and hotel were clean.
Disliked: For the nearly $200 rate I paid for this hotel, was very surprised to find out that the hotel doesn't have a morning breakfast offering. Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express the night before (next door) and got an awesome breakfast for the same rate. Based on this alone, I'd choose another hotel next time.

Overbooked

Liked: The room was clean
Disliked: They overbooked. I booked a double queen bedroom. When I got there they gave me a queen bed. I actually paided more to get the double beds. I was never reimbursed. I was told it was booked.com's fault so they didn't need to refund me the difference.I felt it was very poor customer service.

Disliked: I didn’t like that I paid twice. Had to pay the hotel and also the payments to klarna.

Disliked: My only issue was that the water in the shower didn’t get as hot as I would have liked.

Liked: Having a kitchen and an ice maker was awesome
Disliked: No pool

Room was comfortable and clean....

Liked: Did not eat breakfast
Disliked: No hooks in bathroom to hang your clothes. No luggage caddy to put your luggage. Room had no remote for TV. Atttendant had to take one out of another room.
