Would have liked a packet of coffee for the morning. Had to check out to get a cup of coffee. Front desk not helpful.

Disliked: Toilet dirty upon arrival - asked front desk to clean but they never showed up. Shower had cold water in AM. When I called the front desk they said there were too many people taking showers.

Liked: extremely clean, well maintained property! the beds had protectors on them, very nice fluffy pillows, comfortable clean kitchen stocked with supplies! i loved the little pantry in the lobby and how secure the building is
Disliked: the pool was extremely filled with chemicals. i do understand the necessity for more chlorine with more people, but the chemicals ruined my jewelry and caused my body to break out. i don’t experience this regularly in pools. it was a nice temp but the chemicals were intolerable and i would not reccomend the pool!

Liked: The staff was friendly and engaging. Helpful and gave knowledge about the company so that was helpful. Just being friendly and smiling is a plus these days because so many people do not know Customer Care and how to give it. So you have a great staff Rebecca a young lady that worked both last night and this morning December 28. If you’re smart you will reward them reward them and keep them!
Disliked: No security for the parking lot since there has been a lot of break-ins and other extended stay hotels and it was even reported the other night that these were back in the parking lot at your Polaris location. Exceptional service would be security to show your guess that you care about their safety and their belongings. It is quite expensive to have your car broken into.
