Would have liked a packet of coffee for the morning. Had to check out to get a cup of coffee. Front desk not helpful.

Disliked: Toilet dirty upon arrival - asked front desk to clean but they never showed up. Shower had cold water in AM. When I called the front desk they said there were too many people taking showers.

Liked: I love the area it is in. Staff is very friendly and the hotel is very cozy and smelled clean when we first walked in.
Disliked: Sometimes at night it can get a little loud or sometimes smell like weed which we weren’t the biggest fan of.

Comfort is everything.

Liked: Wonderful stay, the queen with separate room was great. Very clean, air was already on so it was a nice temp in the room. Asked for what a preferred floor would be which was nice. And offered late check out for club members which is free to sign up for.
Disliked: There is no AC or fan in the actual bedroom.

Liked: Very clean comfortable room . Professional staff.
Disliked: The discrepancy in regards to the pet fee. There is no pet rate(include all pet fees). The hotel charges $25 a night for the pet no matter what. Also there is no breakfast offered at the hotel.
