Liked: stay was perfect until a week after the stay i got a $75 pet charge for one night.I called in advance to make sure our pets were welcome and the attendant never mentioned any charge. I understand that there might be some additional cost to the hotel for pets in a room, but I don't know what that cost might be. The hotel collects a damage deposit. A pet fee nearly equal to the room charge can only be described as unbridled greed,especially when the hotel tries to hide the negative impact by waiting a week after the stay to sneak in the charge. Just calling insane bs policy does not change the fact that it is still insane bs.

Good

Liked: Lady was nice at the desk. It was a very clean hotel.
Disliked: No continental practice and they had full size beds instead of queen. Didn't have a pull out couch and I thought we were getting one. Bed was uncomfortable.

We will never book here...

Liked: Horrible our rooms was cancelled after I spoke with the manager and we had to pay for rooms we did not book

If you like dirty this...

Liked: The location of the hotel was nice. It seems to be in a nice area.
Disliked: We checked into 2 rooms for one night on our way back from vacation. The receptionist was very friendly, but check-in took a lot longer than most hotels. We ordered pizza instead of going out to dinner, so I grabbed plates out of the kitchenette in our room. Every plate was dirty. I got to looking around and most of the dishes were dirty and just placed back in the cabinets, the cabinet doors were smeared with dirt and grim like they had not been wiped down in a long time. I thought maybe we just got a room that had been a freak accident and somehow overlooked by housekeeping, so I went over to the other room we booked, and it was dirty too. I went and informed the receptionists when I went down to grab the pizza of what we had noticed, and she apologized and stated she would let housekeeping know. I personally would have checked out and left because of the condition of the rooms, but my husband is the driver, and he was tired and wanted to sleep and then leave. I know we will never stay at this hotel again, though.
