Good hotel, bad management

Liked: - Short drive to the beach and restaurants - Malik at the front desk was very kind and attentive - Very clean- Plenty of space in the rooms
Disliked: - Shower drained slow in two of the rooms I stayed in - Items missing from my room such as paper towels and tissues- The ladies working at the front desk were very rude for no reason. One young lady tried charging my card the wrong amount for the room and when I showed her proof that the amount she was charging me was incorrect, she offered no help or solution and she had a bad attitude. I had to wait around for the manager to fix the situation and she offered no apology and acted as if she did me a favor for charging me the correct amount. The next day, I switched rooms and the manager made me check out to wait for the room although I knew the room was already clean and available. Very strange and petty behavior from a manager. Regardless, I enjoyed my stay in PCB. Just wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. (:
