Disliked: I have stayed here several times and always clean. This time our room had 4 or 5 straight pins in the carpet, a safety pin and Bobby pin, and hair all on the bathroom floor. One bad experience won't keep me from coming here, always been good except this time. Maybe just a bad day or busy day.

Very Comfortable place to Stay

Liked: I liked the fact the staff was friendly and very professional. They work hard to ensure my stay was pleasant. There were some issues I brought to their attention, and they tried within their ability to solve the problems I brought to them.
Disliked: This is a HUGE hotel, and I believe they could use additional cleaning staff. It would have been better if they had more than one elevator. I'd also like to suggest they one day add a breakfast bar to the facility.
