Liked: Good location. Good parking space. The available cupboard goods for purchase were good. Dominique in the front desk was gentle.
Disliked: Extremely dirty place (room and common areas). The available laundry was dirty and many machines (almost half on one day) were broken. Almost no staff to talk to. No room cleaning services until seven days (!!!), and only by request. They would not clean the room or change towels unless you request it AFTER seven days... absolutely ridiculous. You need to place your trash on the hallways to be picked up... no replacement for toilet paper... a very, very poor service. This place can hardly call itself a "hotel". The mattress had holes in it... it was really old. On top of it all, during the 15 nights I have spent there, only one elevator was working.

Probably wouldn’t rebook this.

Liked: Not too far from Disney, granted early check in at 330pm
Disliked: Limited luggage carts so we had to make several trips back and forth from parking garage , up elevator there, back through hotel lobby, up lobby elevator, back to the room. It was ridiculous. They had one working elevator for all floors and rooms… so that took a bit of time to get access to. Especially when trying to make several trips just to get luggage to room at check in and back to car when leaving. Microwave in room was broken. So we couldn’t heat our food, that was frustrating. No breakfast offered. Charged extra parking and destination fees not listed anywhere upon booking. Only parking was in the parking garage. Found several hairs in bathroom and in towels and tub.

Nice Stay

Liked: Nice location, close to restaurants, went to EPCOT and was easy and fast to get there from hotel, staff was friendly , room was clean, bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Vent in kitchen was really loud specially at night, cable from wall to the tv was loose so there was no good connection ,kept saying no signal, but despite this we had a good stay.

Liked: Friendly staff Dominique was great great location to Disney parks and Disney springs lots of choices in restaurants Starbucks
Disliked: Room was very dusty like they had not clean the room bathroom floor was not swept and dusty also there was a lamp where plug prongs were side ways in which made a spark when light was turned on I immediately unplug it let staff know when check out of the room today
