Liked: Easy asset to food n stores locations n like the kitchen area on the room was great.
Disliked: Didn't like the turned in your towels situation every day for new ones. Use to cleaning service put in room for you

PERFECT... Will stay again
Liked: There was an issue with our reservations Ebony did EVERYTHING in her power to make it right... She fixed the problem & she apologized SEVERAL times she & the clean up staff made SURE that hubby & I were comfortable & happy with our stay... I really APPRECIATE ppl like this... THANK YOU guys so MUCH for going above & beyond

Do NOT Waste Your Time
Disliked: We booked 2 rooms for our family’s holiday getaway. Upon arriving, the lobby was empty and there was a sign at the front desk that they will return shortly. About 15 minutes later, someone was there to check us in, but he couldn’t find our reservation….even with the confirmation # I provided. We soon learned he was new and had been left with no manager or asst manager, so he had to call the asst manager. Together they discovered our reservations had been canceled by the manager, however, she failed to notify anyone or document the reason for cancellation. I finally asked to speak to the asst manager (he wanted to discuss other business matters with the gentleman while I’m standing there waiting), and not only was he rude but refused to take my number and call me back directly after he contacted the manager! So we had to wait at the hotel for answers. Finally, the manager arranged to get us 2 rooms at a sister hotel, which turned out to be an Extended Stay with HORRIBLE reviews for their cleanliness! Because it was so difficult to find another hotel for all of us, we wound up having to purchase cleaning supplies, sheets, etc. just to feel comfortable to lie down for a few hours. There were several customers checking in after me, and all received the same news that their reservation had been canceled. One customer had been booked since last year.Do not, I repeat, DO NOT waste your time booking with this hotel!!
