we always stay here but it is getting expensive

Disliked: someone called us at 10:30 at night to confirm our credit card. we booked through booking.com and prepaid. the hotel had a problem with it (with them) but called us. we requested to speak with the manager the next day but never heard from her. plus, we were offered a better rate through the Wall Street Journal.
