Overpriced and train noise

Disliked: Price and noise. I was put in a room right next to the railroad tracks. Heard trains all night long. The hotel wasn't full whatsoever. They could have put me in a room away from the railroad tracks. Way too expensive for train noise.

Liked: The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and beds comfortable.
Disliked: The tv was hard to figure out and didn’t have much selection when we finally were able to get a channel…our mother stayed in a handicap suite..there was only a desk chair to sit on besides the bed..

Liked: On the booking app, I set complimentary breakfast and the hotel did not have it when we got there. I'm sure it was my fault for not reading closer before booking. There were no quick restaurants very close. When asked where some were, the lady at front desk rattled off some streets but I didn't know where they were so we set off on our own to figure it out. It was clean, which was most important to us but the threshold going into our room was loose and we had to put it back into place and our TV didn't work at first. She told us to unplug it and then plug it back in.Not a bad stay, and it was clean. I was just disheartened with food choices not available and thought the price was a little steep for what we actually got. It was clean though!

Liked: Never made it to the property. Received a call that my room was unavailable. Guess they overbooked!
Disliked: N/A received a call that I didn’t have a reservation and that they canceled my booking.
