Liked: On the booking app, I set complimentary breakfast and the hotel did not have it when we got there. I'm sure it was my fault for not reading closer before booking. There were no quick restaurants very close. When asked where some were, the lady at front desk rattled off some streets but I didn't know where they were so we set off on our own to figure it out. It was clean, which was most important to us but the threshold going into our room was loose and we had to put it back into place and our TV didn't work at first. She told us to unplug it and then plug it back in.Not a bad stay, and it was clean. I was just disheartened with food choices not available and thought the price was a little steep for what we actually got. It was clean though!

Wish I could have stayed....

Liked: Never made it to the property. Received a call that my room was unavailable. Guess they overbooked!
Disliked: N/A received a call that I didn’t have a reservation and that they canceled my booking.

Liked: Everything about this hotel is outstanding. The staff are friendly, the hotel smells nice, the rooms are super clean and well stocked, even maintenance arrives on time, but that was my fault to need him, I thought my drain was clogged, nope I forgot to pull up the stopper, lol. I have never been to a hotel where you cannot find a speck of dust at all. This entire team keeps this hotel running as it should be. Now if every one could learn from them, it would be amazing. My kids and I had a comfortable, safe and a great hospitality stay.

Disliked: The staff. We had fantasy makeup on and during checkout they wouldn't really look us in the eyes. The Nashville fantasy ball was just down the road.
