Liked: The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff who checked me in were nice and helped me stow my bag until it was time to check in. I felt safe in the location.
Disliked: The bedding, though clean and soft, apparently had been allowed to sour or mildew before it was dried. There was a very distinct odor of both sour smell and mildew when I got into bed and when the bedding was rearranged. I mentioned it to the front desk person when I checked out, and she wrote it down to follow up on but did not offer an apology or any other accommodation.

Disliked: Reservations wrong. Booked and paid for 2 king suites on September 1, 2024. Called hotel to ask for connecting suites as we are a family traveling. Said no problem. Get to hotel on November 8th. Rooms are queens on separate floors. Said they were sold out. I said I booked and paid on Sept 1. She worked rooms around getting us on same floor. When we opened the door someone was already in the room…. Back down to desk we go…. Never got a king suite, did finally get on same floor.

Pleasant environment but unpleasant stay...

Liked: The hotel is very nice and very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: My stay was inconvenienced because they double charged me which removed access to funds that I needed for my trip and no longer had access too. They did not correct and continued to blame my bank but my bank didn't double charge me. This made for a very stressful trip. Each morning they charged my card a different fee.
