Great experience.

Liked: There was no breakfast. The hotel location was great.
Disliked: One of my co-workers had an issue with their room (Lauren-Rm#214). There was a mold smell. She had to change rooms...

Pleasant

Liked: The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The room smelled like smoke or bad cleaning solution. No hand soap in bathroom. They had checked me out a day earlier then I was supposed to be checked out but did fix it. When I checked out the next day they said I was under a different name. They said they got it fixed. After I left they called me to ask who checked me in and I told her it was her.

A nice hotel let down...

Liked: We had a suite and it as large and had great features, lots of tv channels, was quiet, great bedding, hot water, good refrigerator. Parking is easy, areas is safe, front desk checkin lady was super nice.
Disliked: Non-smoking hotel and non-smoking listed directly on the room. Room reeked of smoke. Horribly. Do not disturb sigs are magnetic and the doors are not metal, so they don't stick. Cleanliness not great. Walking around barefoot had black dirt coming off my feet in the shower. Never had this at any hotel before, and I am constantly on the road for 30 years in business, staying at same class hotels.
