Liked: Loved having extra spacious room. VeryClean as well.
Disliked: No breakfast items and coffee station only had sweetened creamer. Not good for anyone who can’t have sugar! Pleaseprovide an unsweetened option in the future. Had to walk next door to restaurant and spent $70 for three breakfast meals. Ouch!

Had a great stay. Certainly...
Liked: The room and bathroom were squeeky-clean and comfortable. I particularly liked that the room had carpet, instead of easier-to-clean materials like laminate or PVC. Also, the complimentary washers were a pleasant surprise, as was the fact that there was a security guard in the parking lot.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was perfect.

My Favourite Pick for a...
Liked: I've stayed at this hotel a few times now, due to connecting flights at MIA. IT's a very clean, convinient hotel with friendly staff, and the little restaurant next door serves good food. What else it there to ask for? I will continue to book with them.
Disliked: I arrived late and there was no option for dinner. Maybe have a few menus for international travellers to order a late meal. Also, a Whats App number would be really useful for communicating with the front desk and arranging the shuttle (This is for international travellers who do not have a US SIM). I found it really hard to make a phone call to the hotel, especially since the info desk at the airport seems never to be manned.
