Disliked: The front desk employee (Jasmine) has been very unpleasant with us and pretty rude. She insisted in giving us a room with 1 bed. We had to go 3 times to the reception to explain her, before she finally accepted to move us to another room.I also asked her if she would agree to speak me in spanish, which I manage much better than english - because I heard her speaking en spanish with a co-worker. She completely refused and laughed at me.

Liked: Jasmine, the front desk agent, was very helpful and had exceptional customer service skills. She went above and beyond her duties. To her, we say thank you. It would be unfair to rate the cleanliness as they were renovation going on.

Disliked: No reliable wifiHumid odor like mold Silverware dirty, kitchen utensils unusable Toilet did not flush properly Two different AC because the main one didn't work properly.Old and dirty furniture It was so humid that we had to leave before end of stay because we started to feel sick. The clothing in the closet all wet not wearable.To top everything, we had to literally run to buy body wash, hand soap and body lotion because it was not provided

Liked: It’s a good place to stay. The building is a bit old, but it’s under construction/renovation. Overall it was nice. The staff was also very friendly.
