Everyone is always so friendly and the rooms are nice and large. Every time I go to a concert at the King Center I stay here.

Disliked: It was such a negative experience.To start, I advised that I was traveling with a dog. She explained all the information that comes with having a dog in their hotel like extra charges for cleaning, etc. She was looking at her computer and says So do you need 2 beds? I was thoroughly confused, and asked "Are there any other options? Hoping a bigger room was available. She just said "no" and kept looking at her computer. There was silence for about 30 seconds.Then, I was told I could not bring my dog into the lobby area, that I needed to enter one of the side entrances with the dog to avoid the lobby. We were given a 4th floor room, and in order to get to the elevator from the side entrance, we ended up walking through a portion of the lobby to get there.After I charged my card, and the cc machine read "Approved" I exited the front door, drove around to the end entrance with the other banished dog owners so I could walk my dog through the side (that ended up in the lobby anyways). I had parked over there and got a call from the front desk advising that the cc I used did not save in her computer, and she asked me to come back to the desk to resolve it before going to my room. I told her the machine said "approved" and she said "I understand, but the computer didn't save it."I went back in and this time she wanted me to swipe my card (I had tapped it before). I did that, and while looking at the computer, she says "Oh ya, it charged 5 minutes ago". I asked if I would be charged twice, she said no, she would decline the 2nd charge. I asked if she could give me some documentation showing the 2nd one wouldn't charge, and she said she couldn't do that, she wouldn't have anything for me until checkout. After checkout I did get the document she was referring to.We got our stuff to the elevator and it wouldn't work. The door never opened.

Good location, but unacceptable issues...

Liked: Location and published availability of a suite with a separate room door between bedroom and living room area. Great shower pressure. I called before making the reservation to confirm there was a door between the living room and bedroom and once again after making the reservation. When we arrived, we were told our room was not available, that their clerk had canceled the type of room we had booked back in December and changed it to a regular room with both beds in the same room. Turns out, with my insistence, that our room type suddenly became available. We went in to the room and a cleaning person was just finishing up (Poorly because of a huge ball of hair in the corner of the bathroom.). The sofa bed in the living room had no support.
Disliked: See above. Specific room requested and paid for was said to be unavailable upon arrival. I produced my email confirmation and record of payment.
