Welcoming stay in Medford

Liked: We needed a place to rest for a few hours on the drive to Portland Oregon and phoned Candlewood Suites. A very warm hospitable voice assured us they had rooms available. Upon arriving we were greeted and welcomed. The hotel was warm and clean. The room had a nice kitchen and desk with 2 inviting beds. Our favorite part was the clean bathroom with great water pressure. In the morning we were refreshed and back on the road.

Liked: The kitchen and being able to prepare our meal. Having pots and pans and silverware available for use as well
Disliked: Not to much I can complain about .

Liked: it was a clean room
Disliked: the refrigerator ran alot some noise all night long , didnt need the whole kitchen area, had coffee and coffee maker but no sugar or creamer

Nice comfortable hotel at convenient...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. Loved the simple and nice furniture choices. The room temperature was perfect.
Disliked: The evening front desk staff was not quite friendly. The morning front desk staff was not knowledgeable about the IHG points so I didn't get the help I needed.

We will be back!

Liked: The front desk staff & shuttle driver are excellent. Very helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable. Perfect!We loved the Park & fly option. Superb!The rooms are very inviting with the mini kitchen stacked & ready for tea to cooking a meal. Fantastic!

Liked: Room was very clean, they upgraded me to a suite for no apparent reason.
Disliked: Got up just before 3 in the morning for an early flight, turned on the shower and there was no hot water for about 10 minutes. Could have been something to do with it being so early though.
