Liked: Everyone at the frontdesk was great.
Disliked: That I couldn’t stay longer, and it was a little cold

My stay was just ok....

Liked: No breakfast was served as offered on the website.
Disliked: No nightstand by the bed, no light by the bed. No TV remote in the room. I waited over 30 minutes for a remote and finally went down stairs to get one. The snow was not cleared from the parking lot.

Exceptional

Liked: The location was perfect.
Disliked: Construction everywhere,room had a gritty feel on surfaces. Bad beds. Had to ask for towels 3 times and check in to our room the second day twice. Charged for the prepaid room twice, three different people said they fixed the mistake but didn't.

Liked: I believe the front desk gentlemens name was Johnathan, but he was amazing. He helped check us in and was there the first few days and he always had such a bubbly personality and i genuinely felt he wanted to help with everything i needed. pleasant interactions like this really make or break the trip so i appreciate him for making our experience positive. For the price it was clean and comfortable and very spacious. We were really surprised when we arrived because it was a nice hotel and we really got the best bang for our buck here.
Disliked: I didnt really have anything i didnt dislike, however the gym is in a pretty open area and you cant close the door so i felt a little exposed. Nonetheless i cant even complain about that because it was convenient to have a gym, laundry and kitchen area in one place for such a good price.

I will book again for next year

Liked: Location was great, room was clean and they allowed my dog to travel with me. The staff was extremely friendly and great to deal with.
Disliked: The refrigerator sounded like it was probably on it last round and was noisy on occasion but still worked.
