Clean, convenient, and comfortable

Liked: The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and comfortable. The laundry facilities were free and in good working condition. The kids enjoyed the pool.
Disliked: One of the remote controls in the room didn't work but we didn't really need it so it wasn't really an issue.

Disliked: It took an hour plus to check in and get our rooms and the pool was closed, it’s the only reason we booked the stay, it would have been nice if you put that on the web site so one knows up front.
