Overall we were quite satisfied...

Liked: No breakfast available except vending machines. This is why I would choose another hotel when traveling.
Disliked: Breakfast and more towels available for a three day stay.

Great staff, BUT...

Liked: The staff is amazing!
Disliked: Elevators were not functioning very well; kept stopping at each floor or not moving at all. They did put up signs with instructions to 'push' firmly.Bath tub was slippery ad my 80 yr. Old mother fell in it. Luckily, she's ok.

Disliked: Hallways where dirty, we got there early and I said we would, on reservation. We couldn't get into room, until after 3.
