As we came into the hotel, they were remodeling, which is not good. In the room, the refrigerator kept making a horrible loud noise hourly - kept waking us up at night. And the bathroom had really bad lighting.

Liked: The property staff are friendly and helpful. The property has free, laundry and other amenities that are free. The location is great. Parking is never an issue and not expensive.

Liked: The location was great for an event at Intuit Dome. Parking was secure and easy.

Disliked: Staff didn’t take charges off for no vehicle used. Didn’t want to understand the situation either and I am not an arguing person so I left alone in hopes to speaking to hire up since manager decided to still charge me for parking even though you can see on camera I walked. I got bit during my stay. Don’t realize it until I got home to see bite marks all over my body. Still waiting to hear back from someone. And to have spent 400 for a weekend to experience that is ridiculous.
