Customer service is lacking

Liked: There was a laundry room but you need to buy detergent. Dryers are free of charge.
Disliked: Horribly expensive for what it is. Also when we arrived, we were given a room on the 1st floor with a vinegar smell and the bathroom was smelling musty. Got back to reception and told them it wasn’t smelling good. They checked it, said that indeed, it smelled weird and told me they would do something about it. And then… we waited. A good 25 min without anyone coming to tell us what was going on. The manager was doing stuff around us but never updated us. After 25 min, I finally went and ask reception. Like what’s going on? They told me they were still waiting on another room to be cleaned (ok good to know!) but I could also check the one I was given since they had cleaned it again. I said sure. Boy, it smelled horrible. Like super strong cheap perfume. I said if we can open the windows, maybe? But we couldn’t so we waited… again. Reception finally told us room was ready and that one was fine. The next day, they had made a mistake on our bill and charged us twice. They didn’t even apologize about it. I just saw it on the bill. (Refund) Weird customer service at $300 per night! Parking is not even included and NO breakfast.
