Liked: Great location, nice room, easy stay
Disliked: Nothing I can think of

Location was very convenient.

Liked: Bed very comfortable. Had a full size refrigerator and stove/microwave. Dishes/ utensils and dishwasher. There was 2 of us and there wasn't enough towels. But received more from housekeeping.
Disliked: Everything was good.

Disliked: After a long, exhausting day, my family and I finally checked in around 4 pm, looking forward to a comfortable stay. The staff at the front desk was friendly and welcoming, setting our expectations high. But as soon as we entered our room, our experience took a sharp turn.I was the first to shower, only to discover that the entire bathroom was flooding due to a broken drain. Water pooled around my feet and soon spilled across the entire bathroom floor, creating an absolute mess. This wasn’t just inconvenient—it meant my family couldn’t shower comfortably or safely. The restroom became a disaster zone. The staff’s solution? They handed us towels to throw on the soaked floor, transforming the bathroom into a swamp-like scene. We had to walk barefoot just to avoid getting our socks drenched. It was awful.When we left for dinner, we alerted the staff, who assured us they’d send someone to fix it. But by the time we returned at 10 pm, nothing had been done. We walked into the same disaster we’d left, feeling frustrated and disrespected.I paid for a room that I couldn’t fully use, and instead of a restful experience, I was met with unnecessary stress and disappointment. This was not the stay I expected, and I’m deeply disappointed.

Liked: The staff is extremely efficient, helpful, and friendly. The room was a nice size, clean, quiet, and comfortable.
Disliked: We only had one chair to sit on and we were there five nights. That’s on us, though, and next time I’ll get a suite with a living room.

Home from home

Liked: The room has everything we could need including a laundry basket so we could get our washing to and from the laundry. Gym facilities were new and clean. We didn't use the pool but it looked good. The bedroom was a great size and the bed really comfy.
Disliked: Nothing, we'd definitely stay again
