Liked: Most of the Staff are not very polite and not even say Good morning
Disliked: The staff had no manners and many did not say good morning or make eye contact.

Staff was friendly.

Liked: The property was nice. The location is pretty close to the strip, not far from the MGM.
Disliked: You have to request room service 24 hours in advance if you want room service which I did, still nobody ever came to clean rooms. I was told I could talk to management which never came and talked to me then I was told I would receive a call from management which never happened. Also the pool is not heated as described in the property description.
