thin walls; sub par cleaning

Disliked: The bathroom had hair on the shower. The bed had hair near the top of the bed close to the pillows. The bathroom floor had hair on it. All of this was prior to us even using the room. I could hear baby crying in the early morning. Along with children running the halls.

Overall everything was pretty near...

Liked: The room was perfect for our family of 4. I was pleasantly surprised by all the cooking supplies in the kitchen along with the size of the kitchen. We realized we forgot to pack shampoo but the hotel had dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and body lotion which was amazing since that is what my kids will use. Free coffee down stairs along with tea bags and hot chocolate.
Disliked: The only small thing was the pool not being heated, it was a little too cold for my liking. My kids did not mind it being cold and swam.

Disliked: Overbooked the hotel and cancelled our reservation at the very last minute. We were SCREWED

Liked: we clean, rooms and bathrooms were large and it was quiet....we wanted to stay there again, the following weekend because we had another funeral, but the rooms were all booked...our next visit will be for Christmas so we will book well advance...
