Poor

Disliked: The beds are so small for 2 people. Definitely smaller than a queen. The indoor pool was unusable because the water wasn’t just chilly it was down right bitter. My children were so excited to swim, they were numb just putting in their feet. Hallways were not clean.

It was acceptable.

Liked: The cleanliness. Staff was friendly and filled the request for towels.
Disliked: There was no way to plug in any of the cell phones or any other electronic devices. Your staff had no adapters to use. There was only one bath towel in the room when we arrived, no other towels in the room.
