Liked: Friendliness of staff, location, the soap and hygiene products were well sized and stocked.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing

Accommodations were far better than...

Liked: Location was convenient, room was clean, condition of room and facility in general was new and pleasing decor. Maintained well.
Disliked: I was in search of 1 nights accommodations with my dog. I searched for hotel via booking.com selecting “pet friendly” filter. I booked a room for 1 night. Upon checking in after 9 Hours of driving i was told there is a $75 pet fee. I told reception that I was not made aware of that upon reserving. “That’s because you booked through a 3rd party” and “yes, you can cancel your reservation but there will be no refund”. If a hotel benefits from additional business via a 3rd party’s booking service it must ensure all fees are communicated in the process. I asked for a compromise on the unexpected and uncommunicated fee and was told NO.
