Disappointing

Liked: Our room was fairly clean and comfortable.
Disliked: It took hours to get a room key for our daughter that worked. They told me I needed to repay for my room that I had paid for through PayPal. Then came back and said my card only paid for one room. Then came back again and said it went on PayPal. It was horrible I am looking now to see how many times I was charged for our two rooms.

Great getaway with a loved one

Liked: Location was great , the room was clean and very nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: It would have been nice if they had a morning breakfast. Nothing else was an issue, everything else was great!
