Very clean and comfortable hotel.

Liked: This hotel is in a very convenient location. It is next to a lot of good food spots and stores. Kim at the front desk made checking in so easy and peaceful. Between her and housekeeping I was very happy.
Disliked: Besides not being able to check in early I was pleased.

Meh Good location, but needs...

Liked: God love Ruben. He was so patient and so helpful. He fixed my tv and reset the heater for the hot tub twice, but it didn’t work. The bed was comfy and I liked the layout. Room was a good size and the room darkening curtains were perfect. It is apparent they are upgrading and it’s going to be very nice when it’s done. Downside: my room was very close to the lobby and right across from the gym. Could hear everything and it always sounded like someone was trying to get into my room when they were going into the gym. I could also hear conversations from the lobby at five AM. The hot tub never got hot, despite Ruben’s best efforts. I had a reservation there for a future weekend, but I have canceled due to these areas of improvement.

Very disappointing and uncomfortable but...

Disliked: Woke up in the middle of the night with bites on me. When we told the desk, all they offered was a new set of sheets
