Liked: It was very close to my job. I enjoyed the free laundry facilities. It was near the freeway.
Disliked: I worked in the afternoon until midnight. Therefore I would try to sleep until 10 am or 11 am. I was given a room near the front entrance across from the room they did laundry. When the washing machine needed Detergent, it would beep loudly. Also, the staff was in and out of the laundry room, and they were loud. I must admit when I complained, I was offered another room.

Disliked: I had to change rooms two times the first room I was put in the TV went out. I was switched to a different room and when I turned down the bed, there was a bug crawling in it. I changed rooms again. I have been to this location, plenty of times This time was bad.

The hotel needs to retrain...

Liked: Overall, the hotel was clean. It was close to where we had our event and was conveniently located by the restaurants.
Disliked: The bathroom was not very clean, only had 2 towels, no hand soap even. The biggest issue was getting woke up before 8. The maid unlocked our door and came in our room at before 8 am without knocking and when I yelled, she was like oh house keeping! The front desk guy apologized and said there was a language barrier! I do not care, how dare you enter a locked room before checkout time! They acted like I was upset for no reason! I have asked to be called back by general manager so we will see.
