Liked: Stayed here a couple times while getting child treatments and surgery at Riley Children's Hospital. The staff are always polite and friendly. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Highly recommend this hotel.

Liked: Location was excellent for us. The suite with a kitchen was just right. Parking area was suitable. Felt safe around the property.
Disliked: The sofa sleeper was quite uncomfortable. I had to put the mattress on the floor for a more comfortable sleep.Having only one elevator functioning was an inconvenience.

Liked: It was exactly what we needed space wise and worked out well for our family
Disliked: The elevators didn’t work well and it was a long wait so we decided to take the stairs and that was a long hike up and when we finally got in the elevator we had to wait quite a bit and it was not very clean but other than that we enjoyed the room and the location worked out perfectly
