Liked: When we walked in the staff were friendly, the hotel smelled clean,looked clean,and had a peaceful vibe. upon entering our suite, it was very clean, and well taken care of. You can tell that they keep up with maintenance and the housekeepers do a thorough job of cleaning. Everything we needed was in our suite. Nice Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash,enough towels and washcloths for the family(this is a problem at all the other places we've stayed),comfortable and clean beds,all the dishes we needed to cook and eat a meal,I could go on and on.It was just like being in your own apartment. Mom and dad had their own room w/tv,the kids all shared a room w/tv,and grandma had her own space at night time in the living room on the sleeper sofa. It was perfect! Check in/check out was a breeze as well.Thank you,The Guzman Family
