Disappointing

Liked: the location was good!
Disliked: they downgraded my room from a two queen room to a one queen room because the one i booked over a week in advance “wasn’t available” and there was no price adjustment. i was with a friend and one of us had to sleep on the pull out mattress which was about 4 inches thick and felt like laying directly on springs. the sheets they gave me for it didn’t fit, and i had to go to the front desk for them. when i went and asked for bedding they didn’t give me a blanket so i had to go back and ask for that. i would suggest choosing a different hotel. you have to enter into a weird side door that’s propped open after 11pm

Liked: Really spacious room, lots of amenities, and was perfect for my little stop in Indy.
Disliked: The water never ran that hot when I tried to shower, so it was maybe room temperature water at best.

Liked: The location was good
Disliked: No hot water, the tv service box was hot and would not turn on. The drapes are on 18 inch tracks and can't be closed to block out the security lights shining in the window at night. The a/c unit worked but rattled terribly making it difficult to sleep.
