Liked: It was an easy on/off the freeway. Staff were really nice! They have parking lot security.
Disliked: Things were quite run down. We kept having to go to the front desk to get things for the room and the kitchen that are normally supplied. There wasn't much lighting in the room. The hot tub wasn't working and it was one reason we chose to stay there. The staff kept saying, "I don't know about the hot tub, I'll have to ask my manager...who apparently wasn't there." The area security and safefy was suspect.

It was alright.
Liked: The property outside is nice and well maintained. The location was also close to highway and safe.
Disliked: Got a smoke free room and it stunk like smoke, it also was not really clean the counters were filthy. I also don’t like that pet fee is almost the same cost for night stay.

Very good
Liked: The lobby and hallways looked clean, and the staff seemed friendly. The room was clean, and everything we needed was available and functional in the room. We saw the security on property the whole time. The parking lot was clean.
Disliked: Our room had an old musty smell. I figured it was an old building, or the AC filter needed changing. Only one elevator was working, and it sounded like it was also struggling.
