Liked: The location of the hotel was close to the event I was attending
Disliked: My reservation didn’t show up in their computer. I had confirmed email and showed them with the number. It still didn’t show up! Finally, nice lady at desk checked further and found my reservation. My name had been reversed somehow?? The room I had wasn’t available, but they got me another room thankfully!

Liked: Everything, Everyone was so helpful and very very nice and greeted you were you were, I am on oxygen and my sister has a broken leg and we had 3 kids that had a Blast, especially the pool for the kids, next I will book a handicap room, but when checking out I had a wagon that was packed with our stuff and a cart full and other stuff to load up in my car, and when I was coming out of our room a lil worker was coming inside where we was staying, and I had a wagon full a cart full and others that didn't fit on the cart and this employee was nice that brought everything to my car and also loaded my car for me, and he would not take no money from me at all and look I had a filled lil suv, pack,I sure wish they had more people like that in this world, God Bless Him I am looking a booking for the end of the month again, I will be staying there from now on, you will be seeing me again Thanks to the staff
