Wonderful hotel

Liked: Candlewood Suites was our first time staying here on our way back home from Florida...picked it on a map for the location, pet friendliness and price. Absolutely fantastic room with a kitchenette and king bed. Such a comfy bed with super soft sheets! Will definitely stay here next year too!

Terrible, Misleading, Overpriced, First come...

Disliked: I paid 150 dollars for a suite, come to find out y'all label it a suite but it's not a suite. I paid for the bedroom with two beds and a closed door and I ended up getting just two beds. Doesn't matter if you booked online you will get what's available, terrible online experience, I could've booked a stay at the resort for that price but I paid for the suite for the door that closes with the living room, a suite is exactly how it sounds. I would like a refund since I booked online and the pictures are misleading as well as if you book a room online and reserve it they do not care as they will give you whatever room is available. Oh and another problem was there were blood stains on both blankets and the bed so they don't clean them good enough or don't clean them at all.
