Liked: The hotel me and my friend were put into ended up being nice, but it was not the hotel we booked
Disliked: I received a call from Candlewood about an hour and a half before check in time and was told that our room was no longer available. We booked a handicap suite with two beds and the reason we booked Candlewood was for the indoor pool. The property we were put into did not have an open pool, our room was neither a suite or handicap accessible, and the shuttle service offered by that property was negligently run at best. After the concert, our shuttle was filled beyond capacity with people in the trunk and sitting on each other’s laps. I expressed my concern over this situation and the driver/hotel employee told me there was nothing he could do.
