booking.com DID NOT get the...

Disliked: My reservation was not in the Candlewood system. I was actually TURNED AWAY from the hotel. Gave the hotel my confirmation number. They found it on-line, but would not give me a room. Extremely disappointing to say the least. I don't know who made the mistake, but I will NEVER use booking.com again because of this. The front desk called one of their other properties and said if I hurried over, they had a room. The second hotel was not pet friendly, which is why I stay at Candlewood. I can't describe how bad this could have been for 3 women traveling.

Has gone downhill since our...

Liked: Convenient. Reasonably priced.
Disliked: Stained comforter. Showerhead only dribbled water. Rinsing long hair was impossible! And washing your hands or brushing your teeth using the sink in the bathroom, was like using pure clorox bleach!My disabled husband had to pry open the front door by hand to exit this morning!
