Overall a great stay, would...

Liked: Receptionist was very friendly, warm and genuinely welcoming. The little store was very convenient and fairly priced. My room was very clean and beds/pillows were exceptionally comfy.
Disliked: Bathroom was slightly dingy and around the toilet wasn't cleaned well as we found some hair around the toilet and in the bathtub.

Liked: This hotel always has the best value, is always clean, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. They have a great location and is close to so much. We love staying here!!
Disliked: There is nothing we don't like! We will always continue to stay here.

booking.com DID NOT get the...

Disliked: My reservation was not in the Candlewood system. I was actually TURNED AWAY from the hotel. Gave the hotel my confirmation number. They found it on-line, but would not give me a room. Extremely disappointing to say the least. I don't know who made the mistake, but I will NEVER use booking.com again because of this. The front desk called one of their other properties and said if I hurried over, they had a room. The second hotel was not pet friendly, which is why I stay at Candlewood. I can't describe how bad this could have been for 3 women traveling.
