Liked: Everything! The guy that helped us, I didn't get his name, he had glasses and was a black male, he was just awesome and his customer service is top tier. I went in Friday. I can't believe I didn't get his name! Thank you for making everything run smooth and easy and I've stayed in many hotels and NEVER received a call to my room asking if I was happy with it. Made me feel like a celebrity

Liked: Your staff was great and helpful.
Disliked: My first room a checked in to had a big box in the middle of the room and the room had roaches in it. So I couldn't get a refund for the two nights. So they checked me into another room that was ok but questionable.

Excellent accommdations and Friendliest Staff!

Liked: The Staff.... Reese, Trey and Endia were all amazing... Reese went above and beyond and was super friendly and helpful! We came to town to visit my daughter and go to the football game, the drive was quick to the stadium. The gym was perfect, the room was great!
