Our room was great. Very clean; had everything we needed; beds were comfy too; overall nice place to stay and I would recommend to anyone going to Grand Rapids.

Never Again

Liked: The rooms were dirty had hair all over the bathroom floor. Just in for a hour because I was waiting on a ride to pick my Back up. Never again will I stay there or book through a third party. The experience was terrible.

Disliked: Price charged was not what I booked for. It was too expensive to just sleep. Other people in our party only paid 94$ I was charged 150$ and booked for 130$

Liked: I like that the staff was nice. They went over everything. The room was so clean. I asked the front desk staff if we could come early, and they said yes and had our room ready for us right when we got there.
