Great place missing some comforts

Liked: They were able to change my room to a suite for an up-charge.
Disliked: The beds were very comfortable. However, the couch, recliner, and chairs were unbelievably uncomfortable to sit in. So my suggestion is to maybe test them out before purchasing for the entire hotel. I can't be the only one complaining about this.

Most complete put together hotel...

Liked: The room was immaculate, the staff excellent.
Disliked: I wish there was a breakfast bar with food in the am

Worst experience ever. I will...

Liked: What breakfast - not having my room when I arrived didn't give me the option for breakfast.
Disliked: Would have liked to have actually stayed at the hotel - I ended up having to drive another 60 miles and find another hotel. The hotel made a reservation mistake and refused to fix it or make it better - told me to call the booking site (you!) which told me to go to the hotel. What a mess.
