Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. They were fun to talk to. The suites was in a great location to nashville and surrounding museums and resturants.
Disliked: The only thing my wife and i did not like was the shower. My wife needed a grab bar to get into the tub and a non slip mat for the tub. It wasn't suitable for an "eldery" person. When you need to be careful just trying to get into the tub, it makes for a scary situation. There was no seat for the tub. Security strips on the floor and grab rails are a necessary thing for people that NEED those things. Just because theres a wide door for the bathroom doesn't mean its a handicap bathroom. Much more was needed!

Liked: Very nice location and staff. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and a delight to deal with. We were only at the hotel for a night so we did not get to experience much. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: The only negative experience I had was being by the patio, where people go and smoke at 2 a.m., which was very noisy and woke me up and bed was a little firmer than I am use too.
