I just want my money...

Liked: Everything it was beautiful but the price is high n the 22 u have to put down I still have not gotten my money back that been 8/28/24 n it’s 9/23/24 still have not gotten my money

Disappointing

Liked: There was mold on chairs and floors. Manager kindly got us another room. There was mold everywhere, shower, ac vent shower bathtub, toilet everything was damp.
Disliked: Room mold

Liked: The housekeeping staff were so nice and helpful. I couldn't find a desk attendant and they searched for me. Anytime I passed them, they asked if I needed anything.
