Liked: Easy pn/off highway
Disliked: The high non-refundable fee for my pets. There was no charging hub in the suite for my devices. There was no ice bucket.

Bad

Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: Bedbugs and roaches

The lobby area is updated...

Liked: Close to highway and restaurants
Disliked: A/C was intermittently working. Patch work on walls. Rooms outdated.

Superb

Enjoyed being there, except for...

Liked: Great, safe location. It was clean, front desk staff was very friendly.
Disliked: It was a handicap room, and I need a walk in shower, it was a normal bathtub, with just grab bars installed. Bathtub was very slippery, nothing non slip in tub or outside of tub. I appear very able bodied, but have severe balance issues due to severe back issues and am a high fall risk, and I am a senior citizen. This was very unsafe, as well as disappointing.

Liked: Room wasn’t as advertised also put a hold on my money and still haven’t received my 250$ back as of today.

Liked: Candlewood Suites was a delightful stay! I like that they provide you with so much with their great, low prices. We stayed in the Queen studio which was clean and comfortable and the kitchenette was loaded with ample utensils, coffee, etc. They also offered a lot of bathroom supplies and provided the basics so you wouldn’t even need to bring your toiletries (except for some toothpaste haha). Their staff was nice and very accommodating with our late arrival and check-out. And the property has a unique wall of shelves you can borrow supplies, from jumper cables to games! Not only that, but the property is conveniently located near gas stations, food (Chik-Fil-A is right next door are you kidding!!), and even a Walmart Supercenter (~15 min walk). I definitely see us staying here again if we are in the area.
Disliked: I have no complaints.
