Liked: Charisma on reception was brilliant - as was the Manager Peyton. Free laundry and coffee a bonus. Pool a bonus too!

The animal urine stench in...

Liked: I liked that the room had a full kitchen with a full size fridge. The big front closet is nice and convenient. I also liked how spacious the bathroom was. The room had a lot of chairs and sitting areas in addition to the bed which was also a plus. The room had potential for being a good place away from home with all the essentials you may need.
Disliked: The room smelled of dog or animal pee. The air conditioner made the room moist and the air thick making the smell even worse. The smell was masked at first arrival by an air freshener smell. Once in the room the smell became intolerable. I woke up in the middle of the night wanting to leave because my throat hurt from breathing in the harsh urine smell while sleeping. My Husband and 3 little kids were there as well and were all asleep so I didn't want to wake them up to switch rooms. I also didn't feel comfortable with them walking barefoot or anywhere near the carpeted floor because I wasn't sure where the urine spot smell was coming from. I ended up trying to sleep a few more hours until the kids woke up and quickly get out of there. I couldn't take the smell anymore and I just left feeling gross and wanting to get home to take a shower. This could possibly just be my room from a previous stay from someone who brought an animal. But hopefully they can clean the room better before another uses it. So I only have experience with this room, maybe other rooms there don't have this problem. Hopefully they have rooms that don't smell of urine.
